- If you are comfortable doing most of the planning yourselves but need a bit more in-depth help in certain categories, please contact us to brainstorm the best package for your needs. Partial planning packages start at $3500 and include up to 8 consecutive hours of day-of coordination.

Week-of Coordination
for the DIYers who still want to party -

This is our base package for those who want to do the work (but only up until the event).
- coordination-only package
- includes 1 final walkthrough at your reception venue to review all completed plans, layout, & timeline
- event day agenda & production plans
- confirmation of all vendors the week of the event
- rehearsal coordination (if needed)
- event day coordination (up to 8 consecutive hours)
- unlimited emails (contract review, design & etiquette advice, stationery wording/proof review, vendor referrals/reviews)
- Events with over 75 guests will have 2 event managers
- Package does not include any planning services (research, appointment scheduling/attendance, interfacing with vendors, contract negotiations, phone calls). Please select the Full Planning package or contact us to discuss a partial planning package if you need planning assistance.
